Tooru understood exactly what I wanted very quickly. One thing I really appreciate, is that Tooru made sure I took so many shots to choose the best photos from.
He gave me many options and was very thorough to make sure we took many shots at many locations. He is also incredibly willing to try different lenses and change the equipment to find the perfect shot - not everyone will make such an effort for a client. Overall I am very happy with Tooru’s work and will not hesitate to use him again in the future. I think he has a great understanding and skill for lifestyle photography, but also he has a very personable, friendly and reliable character which makes him a pleasure to work with.
I was amazed by how much flexibility he gave me since my flight into Tokyo was a little bit delayed before I could meet him for our shoot. He was very patient about this. Thank you Tooru!
Koide san is very professional. An example of his professionalism is how he handles miscommunications. This can happen in any engagement, but not everyone deals with it well. Not only did he deal with this well, but he took accountability for areas in which he felt responsible.
Secondly, I mistakenly wired too much money to his account. He promptly returned the money that was incorrectly sent, again further demonstrating trust, integrity, and responsibility.
It's rare to find these qualities in a working relationship, and I would consider him for future projects as a result.
